"Dress code: Red Carpet" was the
motto for the guests of the accadis Summer Fête on Friday, 13 July 2018. This
year, the students celebrated the summer night at the Casino Bad Homburg with
the lecturers, management, administrative staff, graduates and friends of the
university. The guests enjoyed food from a rich barbecue buffet, danced to
music by accadis graduate DJane Mary C. and could visit the casino.
Persuading students with Event Management
More than 250 guests accepted the invitation. The students had organized
the party with Professor Dr. Andrea Hüttmann, Head of Corporate Communication. "During
the Summer Fête 'accadier' meet in an intimate atmosphere", says Professor
Dr. Andrea Hüttmann. "We see new and old faces, develop ideas together and
celebrate into the summer season. It's nice to see how each graduating class develops
an unique program for the evening."
Sniffing casino air
Since the Summer Fête tickets included the entrance fee for the casino,
one or the other Euro found its way to the tables. Many guests of the Summer
Fête took the opportunity to look inside the casino. "After all, we are
here to celebrate together and not to gamble away our money," says accadis
student Denise Reffelmann with a smile.
Dancing into the summer night
When accadis graduate DJane
Mary C. played the first records, a club atmosphere quickly arose. With booming
rhythms, she lured the partiers onto the dance floor for several hours. With
good conversations, the Summer Fête faded into the night.
