accadis is happy to recognize exceptional academic performance. We therefore provide international Graduate students with the opportunity to apply for a performance-based partial scholarship on completion of their first academic year at accadis in a Masters degree program. Students will be informed of the invitation for applications mid-September during year two.
Funding
The partial scholarship encompasses a reduction of 20% of the tuition fees in the second year of study (excluding admissions or other administrative fees). This sum is deducted from the sum of the final tuition fee installment.
Application requirements and process
Eligible applicants
accadis international Graduate program students having completed their first academic year in a full-time accadis Masters degree program, who are enrolled and in an active student-status, who fulfill all academic requirements for year two and have achieved a passing grade for all applicable courses/60 ECTS for year one.
Exceptions
Students enrolled under Erasmus+ or other non-tuition-paying exchange programs are not eligible.
International students (definition)
Those students without German citizenship who have been admitted into the Graduate program with an undergraduate/Bachelor degree from outside Germany.
Minimum GPA
Applicants must have a grade point average of at least 87 (1,7) in their first-year transcrip.
Submission period
Invitations for online applications will be posted by accadis Students Services in the accadis Student Portal in mid-September with a deadline of 31 October.
Submission documents
- Transcript of Records year 1
- Letter of Motivation outlining how the student qualifies for this partial scholarship and addresses highlights in his/her academic record in the first year of study at accadis
Selection process
A selection panel primarily ranks the submitted applications in a performance-based manner (GPR) but also takes into consideration the submitted Letter of Motivation.
Selection results
The results of the selection process by the panel are usually available within 4 weeks after the deadline, and applicants are informed of the outcome shortly thereafter.
