First steps: CO2 balancing and sustainability projects
In the Hessian educational institution, the "Red-Blacks" have gained a partner that will in future support the club with its expertise in sustainability projects. In return, SVWW provides a practical learning environment and insights into the challenges of a professional football club. The first joint project is the creation of a CO2 balance sheet of all SVWW activities in order to record the impact of the second division club on its environment. The aim is to raise awareness of the issue and develop measures to improve the club's own sustainability performance.
Optimal blend of theory and practice in sports management
